{"id":8330,"date":"2013-09-17T19:07:13","date_gmt":"2013-09-17T23:07:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.grinebidder.com\/blog\/?p=8330"},"modified":"2013-10-06T14:28:06","modified_gmt":"2013-10-06T18:28:06","slug":"sweet-creamy-orange-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grinebidder.com\/blog\/2013\/09\/17\/sweet-creamy-orange-soup\/","title":{"rendered":"Sweet Creamy Orange Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>1 butternut squash<\/li>\n<li>3 red peppers<\/li>\n<li>1 whole garlic bulb<\/li>\n<li>1 yellow onion, peeled and quartered<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil (approx\u00a01 Tbsp)<\/li>\n<li>Sea salt (approx 2 tsp)<\/li>\n<li>2-3 cups vegetable broth (more or less)<\/li>\n<li>juice of 1 lime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>How to:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat the oven to 200 C.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the squash open and remove seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Rub with a little bit of oil and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in the oven, face up, on a baking sheet for approximately 45 min.<\/li>\n<li>In the meantime cut top of hole garlic and cut red bell peppers into big boats.<\/li>\n<li>Rub with oil and salt and bake with the squash for the last 15 min.<\/li>\n<li>Let vegetables cool down a little before handling.<\/li>\n<li>Remove peels of garlic and squash.<\/li>\n<li>Blend vegetables with broth.<\/li>\n<li>Taste &#8211; add sea salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>TIP: You can roast the seeds from the squash for a couple of min. in the oven and use as garnish on your soup.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 butternut squash 3 red peppers 1 whole garlic bulb 1 yellow onion, peeled and quartered Olive oil (approx\u00a01 Tbsp) Sea salt (approx 2 tsp) 2-3 cups vegetable broth (more or less) juice of 1 lime &nbsp; How to: Heat the oven to 200 C.
