Pineapple Smoothie

1 c orange juice 200 pineapple (fresh) 2 bananer 10 g chia seeds 6 isterninger

Truffles

15 Medjool dates Coconut sugar/Cinnamon/Liquorice How To: Mash the dates in a blender or food processor. Using your hands, roll into little balls, mouth sized. Roll each ball in either, coconut sugar, Cinnamon or Liquorice powder. Refrigerate for 2 hours before enjoying.    

Green Pineapple Smoothie

1 cup coconut water or water 1/2 pinapple in big chuncks 2 cups frozen kale optional 1-2 bananas 6 big ice cubes

Vanilla Milkshake

6-7 ripe bananas (brown spots) 1 spsk. vanille extract 1/2 cup cold water 6 ice cubes   Blend water, vanilla, bananas till smooth. Add ice and blend. Serve right away.

Red Berries Smoothie

2 cups orange juice 1 cup cocnut water (ikke fra concentrate) 2 tbls. flaxseeds 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 300 g frozen raspberries 300 g frozen strawberries 4 -5 Medjool dates   Blend till smooth. Serving:  4 Glasses
