1 cup gluten-free all purpose flour

1 heaping teaspoon xanthan gum

2 tsp. baking flour

1 cup rice/almond milk

2 tbsp. meltet vegan butter

A pinch of salt

4 tbsp. lemon juice

zest from 1 lemon

 

How to:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Whisk it all together.
  4. Fry in vegan butter.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit and maple sirup.
