1 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
1 heaping teaspoon xanthan gum
2 tsp. baking flour
1 cup rice/almond milk
2 tbsp. meltet vegan butter
A pinch of salt
4 tbsp. lemon juice
zest from 1 lemon
How to:
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Whisk it all together.
- Fry in vegan butter.
- Serve with fresh fruit and maple sirup.
