1 cup Coconut Flour
1 cup oat flour
3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 tbls. Maple Syrup
3 – 3 1/2 dl almond milk
1 dl orange juice
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate “chips”
How to:
- Preheat oven to 175 C.
- Use a food processor or blender to mix coconut flour, oat flour, coconut oil, maple sirup, vanilla extract and salt together.
- Add milk a little at a time, making sure the dough doesn’t get too wet and sticky.
- Add chocolate chips and toss around with a spoon until chips are evenly distributed in cookie dough.
- Make little balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Let cookies cool before removing from the cookie sheet.
- Serve a little warm.
