1 cup Coconut Flour

1 cup oat flour
3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 tbls. Maple Syrup

3 – 3 1/2 dl almond milk

1 dl orange juice
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate “chips”

 

How to:

  1. Preheat oven to 175 C.
  2. Use a food processor or blender to mix coconut flour, oat flour, coconut oil, maple sirup, vanilla extract and salt together.
  3. Add milk a little at a time, making sure the dough doesn’t get too wet and sticky.
  4. Add chocolate chips and toss around with a spoon until chips are evenly distributed in cookie dough.
  5. Make little balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  7. Let cookies cool before removing from the cookie sheet.
  8. Serve a little warm.
 
Serving: 10 small cookies.
