Can’t stop moving

Radioen spiller Police i mens Far og Anton bygger en kæmpe Lego monster truck.
Anton synger: “I can’t, I can’t, I can’t stop moving”

Pandekager med vanillesirup

Pandekager til enhver hyygestund:

Ca. 13-15 mindre pandekager

2 cups whole wheat flour

2 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups almond milk

2 tablespoons melted vegan butter/plant based butter

 

Mix det tøre i en skål og det våde i en anden skål. Pisk de to skåles indhold godt sammen.

Bages i vegan smør på varm pande. Hver pandekage er ca. 15 cm i dia.

 

Vanilla Bean Syrup

1 cup organic sugar

1 cup water

1 vanilla bean

Bland vand og sukker i en lille gryde. Tilsæt kornene fra vanillestangen. Bring blandingen i kog og lad det simre ved lavere varme til sukkeret er helt opløst. Køl af i køleskab.

Far: “???   Anton du vil have et godt forspring hvis vi flytter til Frankrig.”

Anton: “Det vil Fiona da også..”

Far: ???

Anton: “Hun er jo en French Bulldog ikk’?”

Vanilla Milkshake

6-7 ripe bananas (brown spots)

1 spsk. vanille extract

1/2 cup cold water

6 ice cubes

 

  1. Blend water, vanilla, bananas till smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend.
  3. Serve right away.

Choco Sauce

1 cup coconut oil

1 cup cocoa powder

2/3 cup raw maple syrup

3 teaspoons vanilla extract

  1. Melt all the ingredients in a saucepan at low heat.
TIP: You can also freeze it for 3 hours and use it as chocolate pieces or chocolate chips.

Choco-choco cookies

1 cup Coconut Flour

1 cup oat flour
3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 tbls. Maple Syrup

3 – 3 1/2 dl almond milk

1 dl orange juice
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate “chips”

 

How to:

  1. Preheat oven to 175 C.
  2. Use a food processor or blender to mix coconut flour, oat flour, coconut oil, maple sirup, vanilla extract and salt together.
  3. Add milk a little at a time, making sure the dough doesn’t get too wet and sticky.
  4. Add chocolate chips and toss around with a spoon until chips are evenly distributed in cookie dough.
  5. Make little balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  7. Let cookies cool before removing from the cookie sheet.
  8. Serve a little warm.
 
Serving: 10 small cookies.

Vegan Chocolate Chips

fra Coconut Mama

1 cup coconut oil

1 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup raw maple syrup

3 teaspoons vanilla extract

  1. Melt all the ingredients in a saucepan at low heat.
  2. Pur into any container/pan covered with baking paper.
  3. Freeze for 3-4 hours.
  4. Chop into chips preferred size.
  5. Store in freezer.
 

Choko Smoothie – easy peasy

7 Bananer

2 spsk. carob powder

1 tsk vanille

4-5 medjool dates

6-8 isterninger

Alt blendes undtagen isterninger til smooth. Isteninger tilsættes. Blendes igen. Serveres kold med det samme.
